Cancellation Policy

All 6 appointments must be paid up front Bin Cleaning Policy (2026) Bins must be empty on the day of service. If bins are not empty, a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied. Recycling bins are acceptable. Recycling will be re-bagged and placed back into the bin after cleaning. Payment is due 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning. Accepted payment methods: credit card or e-transfer only. Garbage removal (if required): If garbage must be removed to complete the cleaning, a $20 fee for the first bag and $12.99 for each additional bag will be added to the invoice. No dead animals. will proceed. Bins containing a dead animal will not be cleaned until the animal is removed. Once removed, cleaning Access requirement: Bins must be fully accessible at the designated service location. Obstructions such as vehicles, locked gates, or inaccessible placement may result in a missed service and applicable rescheduling fee. Biohazard & prohibited materials: We do not clean bins containing hazardous, toxic, or biohazard materials, including but not limited to needles, chemicals, bodily fluids, or contaminated waste. Weather & seasonal conditions: Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme rain or unsafe working conditions. Satisfaction window: Any concerns regarding the service must be reported within 24 hours of completion for review.
